Yesterday I was a witness to such a story.
Go for a walk with my neighbor's dog with no intention of seeing some tragic things. The dog is energetic, and I love it because I can walk fast without wasting time. So we are two steps from the traffic lights, and usually, when I see the lights are almost to be changed to green, I walk, this time something keeps blocking me, and at the same time, I see a car coming. It was too fast for the distance and definitive dangerous. The next moment I just heard a loud boom and saw the car on the other side driving, and the two people waiting to cross the street, were lying on the road without moving...
Can you imagine how awful and painful it was? The first thing I called the police so to get the ambulance the fastest possible way. I was shocked because I could be the one lying on the street if I had crossed the road too.
Talking with the police, they automatically connected me with a great doctor who told me what to do. First, check on the woman to see if she is still breathing or has a pulse, then on the man. The woman had almost no vibration, so when the ambulance came, they started to reanimate her, and unfortunately, she didn't make it. The man was in bad shape and still had the power to say: my wife...
The car that made this accident was driving fast, and the woman jumped out of the car on her phone, talking to someone, and saying: (Atropee dos personas) ran over two people. I was today on the place, and there are no skid marks before the traffic light...
Someone lost their parents. Someone lost their kids...
LIFE IS WONDERFUL AND, IN ONE MOMENT, CAN BE DONE...
