WHAT GRANDMOTHER ANA SAYS...
Sep 19, 2021Everyone has had a grandmother, mine was the greatest, and she was my first mentor, coach, consultant, and everything.
As a small kid, you don't pay attention or understand what the adults are saying, so I was.
One day I got distraught; the school wanted to quit the school because I thought no one liked me and... My grandmother put me in front of that big mirror in her living room and asked me: What do you see? Do you like what you see?
So being 7-8 years old, I didn't understand what she wanted to tell me, so I was baffled by what she told me. If you don't like what you see, how do you want someone else to do it, and also she says that if you want the world to get better, you have to start by yourself.BOOM!
The same situation as a teenager and my grandmother again. Do you like what you see? Me: Nope... I say to her: grandma are you crazy? I do have severe problems, and you make fun of me? ( You are typically teenagers).
Guess what she says..... So, how do you want others to do if you don't like what you see or like yourself? You must love and appreciate yourself first, and then the rest will do it. You can only expect that something changes if you change. BOOM!
