During stress and crisis, it can feel like things are chaotic and out of your control, and this type of stress will also affect your health in profound ways. Your ability to deal with stress and overwhelm dictates your ability to reach the next level. To get to the next level, make some habit changes, take the best supplements, and create time. 

All this wasn't for me a routine or a habit. I get forced to learn and apply it after surviving a 7-days coma.
